ADoLEscent & ADULT BOARD AND TRAIN PROGRAMS

📍For dogs 6 months and older

All of our Board and Train Dogs stay in our homes and not kenneled in separate buildings.

All training is reward based. We do not use shock collars.

ALL DOGS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED TO ENROLL!

At this time, we do not accept dogs with dog or human aggression behaviors. All dogs are kept on leash if off our property. We do not offer off leash dog training.

Basic Obedience Board and Train

The course requires 2 weeks of training at a cost of $1,795***

This program is geared for the adolescent puppy or adult.  Puppies and dogs in this stage of life tend to have behavior issues.  They know the commands but choose not to follow them. Owners will typically say “my puppy only does the command if I have food.” Or, “he only listens when I’m at home but when I take him to the store, park etc. he loses his mind." Due to inconsistency in daily training, these bad habits will creep up on any owner who just hasn’t been able to commit the time to positive reinforcement of the learned behaviors your puppy initially learned.  It happens!  We live busy lives and sometimes we just expect the dog to act like a machine or robot that we can turn on and off.  Reality is, that’s just not animal behavior.   So during this 2 week period, our trainers will re-establish good habits or instill proper behaviors they never learned.  Some dogs have never “gotten” potty training or crate training, and we can work on this as well. Jumping up, pulling on lead, counter surfing are other common issues many dogs have. We are here to work on any issues you may be having. We tailor each program to your individual needs.

Advanced Board and Train

This course requires 4 weeks of training at a cost of $2,795***

This course includes everything in the Basic course along with more advanced leash work, socialization in public places and continued command training.  Behavior modification such as food or toy aggression, anxiety and fear issues will also be addressed.

***All dogs enrolled in this program must be up to date with all vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm medications, with written veterinary documentation, and must have a Clear fecal sample within 5 days prior to enrollment that has been sent out to a veterinary lab (in house testing not acceptable).  In addition, dogs must refrain from daycare, dog parks and boarding facilities for a minimum of 10 days prior to attending each program.  This will insure every effort has been made that healthy dogs are attending our board and train programs. ALL DOGS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED TO BE ENROLLED IN OUR ADOLESCENT OR ADULT BOARD AND TRAIN.
