Enrollment Guidelines
Pre-enrollment requirements:
Our highest priority is to protect our environment and the puppies that are in training, along with making sure owners receive a healthy puppy. As a result, there are very strict requirements of the breeders we will accept puppies from. If you need assistance in choosing a reputable breeder, please let us know.
Parasites and viruses are highly contagious. If one puppy is infected, all puppies in training, as well as future puppies coming to training, will be exposed. In an attempt to prevent this, all puppies must be examined by a veterinarian and have a clear fecal report (that has been sent out to a lab) within 5 days prior to puppy coming to training. The only exception is if we have a standing relationship with the breeder and their puppies consistently are clear of any parasites. All puppies will be tested again upon arrival at their 72 hour vet check. The cost of such exam and test is the responsibility of the owner. The puppy must be in excellent health to participate and benefit fully from training.
Please note that trainers do not accept puppies purchased through a puppy broker. Most puppies sold on broker sites are from less than reputable breeders.
